Darrlyl Sutter was born on August 19th, 1958. He is one of the seven Sutter Brothers, possibly the greatest family in NHL history. He played for the Hawks from 1979-80 to 1986-87. He worked hard as a Left Winger but never won a Stanley Cup. He has also been head coach of the Calgary Flames and San Jose Sharks. Sutter also was General Manager of the Flames until December 28th, 2010. Darryl utter is the father of Carolina Hurricanes prospect Brent Sutter.

Sutter scored forty goals in his rookie year. Sutter also scored three in the playoffs. He had a double-digit points in all of his eight NHL seasons.
