Viktor Svedberg (born May 24, 1991 in Gothenburg, Sweden) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman who is currently playing with the Chicago Blackhawks organization of the NHL.

Playing CareerEdit

Svedberg played with Frölunda HC of the Elitserien from 2010-11 to 2012–13, scoring his first Elitserien goal (a game-winning goal) on September 15th at the Fjällräven Center against Modo Hockey's Mikael Tellqvist.

On October 19, 2013, after playing for 4 AHL games with the Rockford IceHogs, Svedberg was signed by the Blackhawks to a two-year, entry level contract.

On August 5, 2015, Svedberg and the Blackhawks agreed to terms on a one-year contract. He made his NHL debut on October 9, 2015 and would score his first NHL goal on October 15, 2016 in a game against the Washington Capitals.
